At least 82 died in Baghdad hospital fire

At least 82 people are believed to have lost their lives after a blast caused by an exploding oxygen cylinder swept through a hospital that lacked smoke detectors in Baghdad. The fire reportedly spread quickly as it had flammable false ceilings.

Most of the people who were at the hospital at the time of the incident are COVID-19 patients and their relatives.
