No punishment for teen who punched principal’s face

A judge in the Manhattan Supreme Court awarded no punishment for a 19-year-old boy who punched his Manhattan school principal, Matthew Tossman, in the face for asking him to turn down his music.

The teen, Luis Penzo, was granted youthful offender status and sentenced him to a conditional discharge as long as he stays out of trouble for three years. he’ll not be subjected to prison neither will he have a criminal record.
