Tiger Woods has been sued after bartender at his restaurant was allegedly over-served with alcohol and died in a car crash. The Florida man, Nicholas Immesberger, a 24-yr-old man, reportedly lost control of his car, got involved in an accident and died at the scene. His family is now suing Tiger for his death. Immesberger’s blood alc-level was .256 at the time of the crash and that is more than three times the legal limit.
The man’s family filed the lawsuit in Palm Beach County, Florida, and claims that both Tiger Woods and his girlfriend, Herman, ought to have known that their son had a “habitual problem” and he should not have been over served. They stated in their suit that the employer is “directly responsible for ensuring that his employees and management were not over-serving its employees and customers.”
