President Donald Trump has refused to send more aid to Puerto Rico which is highly devastated by the Hurricane Maria despite the fact that Puerto Ricans are by law natural-born citizens of U.S.A. Puerto Rico is presently in disastrous condition as over 40 percent of the island are without without clean drinking water and electricity. There is also flooding and rising temperatures in the country. Trump has cited business interest as the reason for his decision.

Meanwhile, Republican Senator, McCain, totally disagreed with Trump’s decision saying: “It is unacceptable to force the people of Puerto Rico to pay at least twice as much for food, clean drinking water, supplies and infrastructure due to Jones Act requirements as they work to recover from this disaster.”
The so-called Jones Act cited by Trump requires all goods shipped between American ports to be on ships built, owned and operated in the United States.
